Trouble shooting over DWDM components (Transponder, Amplifier, CWR, ITLB, SFD) HW/SW, Low/High Rx Tx, and Span loss related issues.

NEs reachability or supervision lost case handling by following DCN design OSC supervisory channel, NSAP addressing, and LAPD troubleshoots.

Joint trouble shoots continue followup on multi-vendor circuits. Outage window activities ASON services creations, migrations, BW upgrade & rerouting.

Infrastructure connections (Lambda) creations, modifications and define channel spacing according to EPT design.
