KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide technical design and engineering services for all assigned projects including project management.

• Review, comment and approve Contractor’s Engineering deliverables and monitoring of Contractor’s activities.

• Ensure implementation of the Company’s contract requirements in area of responsibility.

• Ensure the technical quality of work in accordance with company procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE.

• Provide technical/Engineering support, guidance, and services during procurement, subcontracting, fabrication, construction, installation, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and plant start-up, warranty phase (O&M) until final handover.

• Provide technical inputs/guidance for all 3D modelling activities including cat & specs check, clash check, and 3D model review.

• Technical evaluation, comparison and clarification of supplier technical bids, plus the technical reports to support order placement for Contract/SOW compliance.

• Represent Company in meetings with Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.

• Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, PID review, and other technical integrity reviews as required.

• Monitor and report actual progress including 3D / check for Discipline activities, including control of man-hours and delivered documents.

• Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards and practices.

• Develop, update and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPC/EPCIC scheduling activities and effective project delivery.

• Support personnel development activities by ensuring local talent receive proper job training and development.
