Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of gas and diesel gensets.
▪ Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications

▪ Troubleshooting problems with electrical or mechanical equipment to
locate the source of the issue.
▪ Hands-on experience in main alternator overhauling of 3306,3412, and all
3500 genset series.
▪ Performed walk-around inspection of gas and diesel gensets.
▪ Hands-on experience in periodic and preventive maintenance of gas and
diesel gensets.
▪ Hands-on experience in overhauling of machines i.e., Top-end
overhauling, in-frame overhauling and major overhauling of 3500 series
gas and diesel gensets.
▪ Hand-on experience in the replacement of main alternator bearings, hub
and flexible coupling.
▪ Hands-on experience in complete removal and installation of main rotor
and exciter group.

• Hands-on experience in removal and installation of
cylinder
▪ Head, piston, liner, camshaft and crankshaft.
▪ Keep a record of every generator work in a datasheet.
▪ Managed caterpillar safety standards before start of work.
▪ Each worker is equipped with personal protective equipment in a workplace.
