League, Kings Cup, boxing, volley ball, basketball, IHF Hand ball, Dakar Rally,
Circe De Soleil, Rotana music concerts, etc.

Role & Responsibilities:
 Actively participating in the events held at King Abdullah Sports City to support IT
operations.
 Monitoring the ELV / ICT systems and its operations during the events from SWOCC
(Site Wide Operation Control Centre).
 Supervise all the activities of contractors on site effectively and timely manner.
 Coordinating with event organizers, collect all the requirements and make sure all the
requirements are fulfilled.
 Ensuring project deadlines are met.
 During the construction, inspection, witnessing cable testing, pre- commissioning and
commissioning for the systems like SCS (structured cabling system), CMS, Access
Control System, CCTV, LAN, WLAN, Nurse Call, Steward call, AV (Audio video)
systems, IP TV, OBS (outside Broadcast System) and PAVA (Public Address voice
alarm) Systems, BMS, Fire Alarm as a client representative.
 Lead the ICT infrastructure migration from cisco wlc to H3C wlc and H3C ap’s. cisco
prime to H3C NMS. Cisco ASA to Palo Alto firewall. Replacement of cisco switches to
H3C switches and Public Address system and IPTV upgrade.
 Reviewing Method statements, TEQ (technical queries), BOQ, SPDP, IFC, Redline and
As-Built drawings.
 Coordinating with PMT (Project Management Team) and their contractors in regards of
construction, pre-cx and commissioning with reference to Project Specifications, IFC, asbuilt
drawings, and method statements.
 Conducting weekly project progress meeting with PMT and their contractor for the
construction of Main Stadium, Sports Hall and MOS admin building.
 Expert in construction of ELV /IT infrastructure, TER ROOMS, SERVER ROOMS, DATA
CENTRES.
 Maintaining and updating the weekly meetings report, inspection log, construction log
master sheet to the management on daily and weekly basis.
 Familiar with BICSI standards. Expert in the use of ICT Tools like OTDR, Power Meter,
Cable Analyzer, Megger, LAN tester, etc.
 Site inspection on daily basis.
 Prepare the scope of work, justification for new PO’s or work orders.
 Review the quotations from different vendors for the ELV /IT system related materials,
applications and licenses.
 Implementation of McAfee project ePO, Install MacAfee agent, HIPS, and verify on the
client workstations and servers. Review and update DAT files by the contractor.
 Implementation of SCCM Project, Installation of SCCM clients, deploying software
updates and end point protection.
 Implementation of Symantec backup Exec and disaster recovery project, install client,
data backup and restore.
 Implementation of CCTV and ACS redundancy project.
 Supervise STC Wi-Fi implementation project at KASC facility
 Implementation of Spectator access control system project for VIP gold turnstiles.
 Review the pre- event checklist and preventive maintenance performed by the
maintenance contractor.
 Coordinate with third party contractor’s licensed with Cisco, Juniper and HP for the
service warranty like Cisco Smart Net.
 Coordinate with GSM service providers STC, Mobily and Zain for GSM services in
KASC.
 Maintain system and network infrastructure such as workstations, printers, scanners,
copy machines, projectors, Adsl-modems, network switches, servers, firewalls and
routers, and diagnoses problems with these or with the behavior of network-attached
devices.
 Monitoring and maintain the network equipment’s by IBM Tivoli NETCOOL, NETQOS,
CISCO PRIME, CISCO ASA, CISCO WLC 5508, JUNIPER SRX 550, WHATSUP
GOLD, GREATBAY BEACON, AVENDA SYSTEMS, e-Tips.
 Alcatel replacement project with HP switches.
 Adding the unidentified devices in NAC.
 Coordinate and support the contractors for BI 74 project implementation.
 Participate in Alcatel replacement program to replace Alcatel network switches.
 Receive the tickets in BMC Remedy and coordinate with user to solve the issue
immediately.
 Implementation of approved change requests from BMC remedy.
 Create CRM request for the users in the department for the requested services.
 Coordinating with Area IT, NOC Data and NIMG for the installation and troubleshooting
of Junos Pulse, network switches, and routers for Aramco network.
 Installation of CISCO, HP Switches and Juniper Routers.
