● Conducting organisational assessments: I effectively led an organisation-wide assessment aimed at making our organisation a ‘Great Place to Work’ – this included reviewing data, launching a survey, monitoring progress, identifying suitable interview candidates. I analysed results, identified areas for improvement, implemented changes that led to impressive results. I received great feedback from the CEO for my positive contribution.
