Supervise the Drainage work Foul sewer & storm water drainage and TSE network, Water supply HDPE pipe including chamber construction, telecommunication network and ITS network including Structure work Chamber construction.

• Raised NCR and Site observation, works carried out by contractor found work not as per approved drawing and specifications and reported to immediate supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instruction to the contractor.
• Monitor work quality and ensure the same complies with contracts, QCS and PWA Qatar standard specifications.
• Ensuring safety and health risk assessment and environmental mitigating measures as per QHES policy respectively daily.
• Resolving questionable methods of operation by the Contractor to the Site Engineer according to Standard, quality and project specification.
• Report to ARE and RE where work does not comply at as per with contract at site, and resolve them properly
• Maintains daily progress reports.
• Review and follow up snag list.
• Coordinate handing to O&M team.

Supervision of all site activities such as Construction of Roads such as earth work and Monitor Asphalt work and required tests during laying and make sure that all work ae per standard.
, Road Signs, Marking, ITS & Traffic Signal, Street lights and drainage Surface water & Ground Water Drainage, Foul Sewer Drainage with house connection, (Ooredoo, UGN, QAF, TSE, Water-line, SWD-MH and Gullies and catch pits, soak away and Micro Tunneling as well different kind of roads and all other civil infrastructure and all kind of structural and construction works according to design & standard specification.
• Monitor quality of work and assess the safety at the site including health and environmental issues, ensuring the same complies with contracts / QCS specifications and ITP’s, safety and health risk assessment, and environmental mitigating measures respectively.
• Conducts daily IR Inspection and conducts air test, pressure test and flow test.
• Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international best practices.
• Report any work carried out by the contractor found to not be by approved drawings and specifications and report to the immediate supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instructions to the contractor.
• Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Prepare Surveillance Report(s) for deficiencies of work found at a site that believed to have failed or if the contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if required given the development of events.
• Check and ensure effective coordination between disciplines-related works and all other disciplines with site team.
• Provide technical input and experience to resolve any discipline-related issues that may arise on-site

Execute and supervise Water supply (D.I) pipeline network Excavation Pipe laying alignment, jointing, backfilling and pressure testing including Construction of manhole in Rustaq towards sunny section.
Supervise and Execute Access Road for water filling station
Earth work, arrangement stockpile, preparation embankment laying Subgrade, subbase, base course and wearing course including testing.
Supervise and monitor Road finishing work installation road signages, handrail, road marking, kerb stone and paving block.
• Preparation method statements for the drainage, sewage works and water supply pipeline submitting same to consultant for review and approval.
• Asset to Drafting department for submitting shop drawing for approval from consultant.
• Ensuring a health and safety environment (HSE) during construction for the safe work.
• Liaising with the site lab for field compaction tests and taking samples for Material Density test and proctor etc.
• Execute the road construction work cutting/filling and laying sub-base aggregate, levelling, Grading and Compacting.
• Make ensure the daily work carried out at site according to plan and program, as the project.
• Liaise with QA/QC and ensure the material is used at site according to the approved standard.
• Assisting with the management for the requirement of resources, manpower, plant and equipment on site.
• Attending weekly site progress meetings to discuss ongoing issues on site and requirement of resources and material.
• Make daily progress reports to the Project Manager.

Execute and supervise earth work and pipe laying 15 km 5-meter-deep sewer (GRP) pipeline construction work including construction of manhole.
• Supervise dewatering sheet piling and soaring work for deep sewage pipeline construction work.
• Supervise the fixing of gully and rainwater Darin pipeline network.
• Make Ensure health and safety rules and regulations on site during the construction works.
• Following the inspection of approved test (deflection, air, mirror and water leakage).
• Raise RFI and conduct the inspection with work inspector.
• Assisting with the management for the requirement of resources, manpower, plant and equipment on site.
• Execute and supervise DIP water supply pipeline, wall mounted Electrical cable tray, and UPVC telecommunication pipeline and fibber optical network in Underground utilities tunnel.
• Associates with survivor for the setting out and marking pins for the construction.
• Preparing daily progress report and submitting to Project Manager.
• Attend the weekly project meetings and discuss ongoing issues at site.

Supervising construction building’s structure includes external sewage, drainage, utilities network.
• Coordinate MEP Engineer for MEP structure work.
• Attend Daily progress Meeting.
• Coordinate Local Govt, for Re Routing Existing Utilities network
• Make Diversion for traffic.
• Assisting with the work Manager for the manpower resources, plant and machinery mobilization, material on site.

Supervising and Monitoring daily progress schedule and construction work of the project and report to Pm.
• Ensuring a health and safety environment (HSE) during construction for the safe work.
• Inspect construction of buildings, and associated infrastructure work that includes external sewage, drainage, utilities work.
• Attend daily progress meeting with construction Management services.
• Inspect and check materials according to specific standards.
• Monitoring the monthly program and comparing progress against the baseline program.

• Execute and supervising the civil engineering building construction works on site including the construction of external underground utilities pipeline including manholes.
• Preparing daily progress report and submitting to Project Manager.
• Assisting with the Management for the manpower resources, plant and machinery mobilization, material on site.
• Record Measurement Sheet and verified from Sub Engineer and submit to Garrison office for bill.
• Assisting the Sub Engineer review of the request for inspections on site and shop drawings, method statements, etc. submitted by the Garrison Engineer for approval.

• Supervise building Shutter, steel placement and concrete pouring work.
• Layout and Surveying of the Building/villas
• Liaise with Site Engineer and distribute the work daily wages daily work force.
• Record/Measurements daily/monthly running work and report to Site engineer.
