Executed and managed a building construction project of 130 million SAR. that included Two No. of Private Palace (G+3) Storey, Daharan, KSA, and one Open Public Park project of 145 million K.S.A. that included one (B+G+8) Storey Building.

1)   Design Drawing and Planning
·        Develop detailed electrical designs & Shop Drawings for all components, including the MCC & VFD panels for the fountain, main distribution panels, lighting, public address system, and CCTV cameras with another low current, BMS, and Home automation systems.

·        Ensure compliance with Saudi local building codes, electrical regulations, and safety standards.

·        Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate electrical designs seamlessly into the overall park layout and other building construction.

2)   Coordination with Other Disciplines
·        Collaborate with other engineers and professionals involved in the project, such as civil engineers, landscape architects, and mechanical engineers, to ensure that the electrical systems integrate seamlessly with the overall park design.

228-villa project Nawras Village. In addition, King Abdulla Civic Center KACC project with a hotel tower project for the Ministry of the Municipality of KSA Government.

·        Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop Electrical & Low current systems that meet the project’s requirements and local building codes. Estimating costs for systems, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure the project stays within budget.

·        Developing and maintaining schedules for Electrical & Low current utilities activities to ensure timely completion of the project, coordinating with other construction activities to avoid conflicts and delays. Procuring materials and equipment required for MEP systems, ensuring timely delivery, and managing inventory to avoid shortages or excess.
