July 2014-Onward/ Stops & Stations Rollout Manager – Riyadh Bus Project ITS-AVM/RTPI/MFD/CCTV.
· Stops and Stations ITS – RTPI Rollout Manager with Trapeze Group working in King Abdulaziz Project for Public Transport – Riyadh Bus Project, delivering High End Solutions to high-end client, RCRC (Royal Commission for Riyadh City).
· Liaison with sign manufacturers, Test installation of solution on test systems, Carrying out health & safety assessments at deployment sites, Producing rollout commissioning processes, Responsible for all TFT & LED Signs and CCTV related documentation deliverables & Assist with all signs and CCTV training activities. Test Strategy, Test Plans, Trialled and accepted products & Customer liaison for Test and Trial Period.
· Manage daily activities for Riyadh Bus Stops and Stations which include the interface, installation, testing and commissioning of RTPI equipment (Aesys LED & TFT signs, Text to Speech Push Buttons, Mobotix CCTV Cameras, NVR: Network Video Recorder,…etc).
· Responsible for Stops and Stations management activities including, planning, design and delivery of hardware and software as defined by the project’s contract.

· Manage Project Stops and Stations Closure and Handover Plans including sign offs and delivery reports.
· Manage Client Technical Team Requirements and maintain a solid relationship to ensure business continuity.
· Prepare and supervise detailed field system design for Mobotix CCTV system.
· Responsible for Coordination with All Project Parties, Consultants, Infra Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and System Integrators to insure a successful delivery of the Stops and Stations components.
· Maintain an awareness of potential inter-dependencies.
· Implement and Supervise the Document Management Process for contractual agreements, change/variation orders, and other projects documents by the projects team in line with Client policies and procedures.
· Supervise detailed infrastructure designs with Civil Contractors and Stops and Stations (CBS, BRT and Terminals) manufactures and infra contractors to meet project requirements
· Coordinate with Civil Implementation Teams and infra Contractors to deliver the scope according to project specifications and plans.
· Supervise creating and submitting MTA’s for approvals from client and stakeholders
· Lead and coordinate implementations and delivery efforts with multiple systems integrators and involved in any assigned task.
· Provide Technical Consultancy for Project Manager/PMO in supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, and administrative functions of any assigned task.
· Prepare reports and test cases for System Acceptance Test (SAT), and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for testing RTPI equipment functionality with the AVM system.
· Provide and update all data supply information related to stops and stations into LIO system that used in the project to monitor and control all RTPI equipment into Riyadh bus project.
· Know how to use LIO data system for Riyadh bus project.
· Provide Technical Support to the project and find solutions for project issues and problems related to Stops and Stations Rollout.
· Analyses Incidents: evaluate damaged to equipment due to third party vandalism to equipment & accidents. Prepare cost estimation and repair offers, communicate with insurance companies and infra contractors for incident and damage claims.
