As a Project People Operations/HR Data Analyst at Bechtel Corporation, I use data to inform and influence business decisions for the NEOM-Trojena projects, which aim to build a futuristic city in Saudi Arabia. With over 7 years of data analysis experience and certifications in HR strategy, business analysis, and leadership, I have the skills and knowledge to deliver data-driven solutions that support the organization’s goals and vision.

My passion for Human Resources stems from my desire to create positive and productive work environments that enable both individuals and organizations to thrive. I have successfully implemented strategic initiatives that have enhanced employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development programs. I have also leveraged data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, to provide valuable insights and drive impactful organizational change. By applying Lean Six Sigma methods and ensuring data quality, I have optimized and streamlined data processes and systems. Through my effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships, I have fostered a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
