With my educational background in English and translation, coupled with my extensive experience as an administrative officer handling evaluations of employees and faculty staff, I believe I am well-suited for the role.

 

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in English and translation from Tabuk University. This program honed my language skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities, which are necessary for evaluating performance and ensuring accurate reporting. Additionally, my five years of experience as a an administrative officer at KSAU-HS in the Continuing Professional Development Department have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of evaluation processes and the ability to effectively communicate findings alongside with two year experience in other administrative jobs.

 

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in developing evaluation frameworks, conducting assessments, and providing detailed reports to senior management. I have successfully managed evaluation projects, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and within established timelines. Moreover, I have collaborated closely with various teams, including human resources, to implement evaluation initiatives and enhance employee development programs.

 

Some key strengths I possess that make me an ideal candidate for this position include:
