1: Assisting in reviewing project specifications, drawing, and blueprints to understand the scope of work and assisting in creating schedules and plans.
2: Conducting regular Inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. The includes monitoring work progress and quality.
3: Assisting in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment and smooth executirerehsjon of tasks.
4: Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports and documentation of any deviantions from plans or specifications.
5: Assisting in implementing quality control measure to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications.
6: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all workers adhere to safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
7: Assisting identifying and resolving and issues or challenges that arise during construction such as design conflicts, material shortage, or Unforeseen site conduction.
8: Providing regular updates to project manager and other stakeholders on the progress of construction activities, as well as any issues or concerns that may arise.
9: Assisting in the training and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to specifications.
10: Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and best practices, such as proper disposal of waste materials and protection of natural resources.
