➢ Learning (Shutdowns): I was responsible to have the coordination with the on-site activities and maintaining the
smooth execution of the activities. I was also taking the daily progress reports and updating the plans according to
the progress. This role helped me increase my problem solving and management skills a lot. The main
responsibilities of my role are mentioned below:
• Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS): Create and maintain WBS to organize and define project scope.
• Resource Allocation: Plan and coordinate resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
• Schedule Optimization: Analyze and optimize project schedules to minimize delays and ensure timely
completion.

➢ Learning (Shutdowns): As a single PA in my shift, I was maintaining all the work permits with its related documents
and maintaining the coordination between the ADNOC operations and maintenance with our team. I gained skills
in working under pressure, team management, problem-solving, and time management from this experience. The
main responsibilities of my role are mentioned below:
• Issuing and Tracking Permits: – Review work requests and issue permits – Ensure all necessary information is
complete and accurate – Track permit status and expiration dates
• Coordinating Work Schedules: – Coordinate work activities with departments and contractors – Ensure minimal
disruptions to operations – Schedule work during designated maintenance windows
• Conducting Risk Assessments: – Identify potential hazards and risks associated with work activities – Develop

maintenance of different equipment (Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Heaters, Fin Fans, Boilers, etc.)
